Gecko17 How old is your cartridge? is there is enought ink to print your document? If so then... Take out the cartridge carefully from your printer without touching any contact points, heads etc. Clean the head's of your printer cartridge carefully by using head cleaner fluid. After that, reinstall your cartrige and please try to print again. If this deosn't solve your problems, you may need to replace your cartridge with new one. thanks

It is printing the wrong colors. My reds are

Step one: Check the ink cartridges HP doesn't guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP ink. If the ink cartridges have been refilled, try replacing them with genuine HP ink cartridges. If you have checked the ink cartridges and are still experiencing a problem, proceed to Step two. Step two: Print a test page
  1. Verify that there is plain white paper in the input tray.
  2. Press the OK and Help buttons simultaneously. A two-page Extended Self Test Diagnostic Page prints. Figure 1: Extended Self Test Diagnostic Pagec00728269.gif
  3. In the Print Quality Pattern section on the second page of the test page, look at the color blocks for any lines. Figure 2: Print Quality Patternc00728270.gif
  4. If the colors are still wrong in the Print Quality Pattern color blocks, print a document to determine if the issue has been resolved.
If you have completed all of the steps above and are still experiencing a problem, proceed to Step three. Step three: Check the printer settings
  1. In the software application you are trying to print from, click File and then clickPrint . The Print dialog box opens.
  2. Verify that your printer is selected and then click Preferences . The Printing Preferences dialog box opens.
  3. Click the Printing Shortcuts tab.
  4. The Printing Shortcuts tab lists most printing needs, but you might need to modify some of the options. Options on the Printing Shortcuts tab include:
    • General Everyday Printing
    • Photo Printing Borderless
    • Photo Printing with white borders
    • Two Sided (Duplex) Printing
    • Presentation Printing
    • Fast/Economical Printing
    • Postcard Printing
    • Hagaki Printing
NOTE: These are general printing shortcuts with pre-selected settings.
  5. To change the settings from those available on the Printing Shortcuts tab, click the Features or Color tab. Options on the Features or Color tab include:
    • Print quality : If you are unhappy with the quality of your printouts, try increasing the print quality. To print more quickly, try decreasing the print quality.
    • Paper type : If one of the options matches your paper type exactly, choose it rather than Automatic.
    • Paper size : Make sure this matches your paper.
    • Print in Grayscale : Print a document in shades of gray.
    • Orientation : Specify how the document is positioned on the page.
    • Paper Source : Select the tray that you want to use for printing.
    • Two sided printing : Print on both sides of the paper.
    • Color Management : Specify the color space that the printer will use to interpret image data.

Prints only on left side of page.

Hello,

In printing web pages and email please try to check also the print setting before you print the page cause word document files and web pages are not the same in there printing setting. Web pages and emails has different setting so my recommendation is that when you print email and webpages next time then please check the printer settings then modify it the same settings as you wish or as your word document's output.
Thanks
