My washer will not spin while in permanent press or any load cycl
Can u please help me fixe my GE WBSR 1060. When i initiate a load in the permanent press or any load cycle for washing all I hear is a growling noise with no spin, the machien does drain the water, but when it comes to the washing it does not spin.

I understand that your clothes are still wet in your Frigidaire washer, model# GLTF2940FS, but only after the perma press cycle. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Sometimes there can be a miscommunication between the different boards inside your appliance. Restore power and try the perma press cycle. THIS GE MODEL IS NOT A GOOD NUMBER WBSR IS OKAY BUT AFTER THAT THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING OR WRONG. IT SOUNDS LIKE MAY REQUIRE PUMP OR THERE IS SIMPLY SOMETHING CAUGHT IN ITS IMPELLERS. IN ORDER TO FURTHER DIAGNOSE THIS AND TO GET A PART NUMBER FOR THE PUMP I WOULD REQUIRE A MODEL.
Check the washer motor. Make sure that the motor is getting correct voltage and is working and spinning when you turn it on. It sounds like the motor is bad. You can remove the back cover to get to the motor to check it out
He probably disconnected the water level sensor when replacing the belt or the timer is dead. Check for any unconnected sensor or check if the main program button is turning propely.. cheers
