( Mitac Mio 168 digi walker, GPS wrong position) GPS giving wrong position, from 40 to 500 meters. I was steady in one place and GPS playing from 40 to 500 meters continuously in this scale up and down, did not made circles, moved diagonal 500 to 40 passing my spot 40 to 500 to other direction and again back, did not stabilized in 35 minutes. I was in a wide open space, without trees wires e.t.c. Thanks a lot

Hi, to replace battery, you need to undo the 4 screws hold the back casing. When these are removed you can open the back, revealing the battery. There is a black plug that pushes into a white socket on the pcb, with 4 wires coming out of it that goes to the battery. Pull this plug out and the battery then comes free. Hope this helps.

your SD might be and SDHC or larger that 4GB. try to use a FAT32 formatted SD, no bigger than 4GB

I removed the rubber infill that covered a hidden screw. Released screw and then removed back plate. Removing the battery then required care as it is stuck with two sided tape to the Mio internals. Here I used a knive to prise/cut free.
