the orange light means it's cahrging.

to reboot, hold down the on/off button until the screen lights up. 30 seconds or more

reboot by holding red buton down until it reboots & comes back on.

Question: Is there a map update available for my C-series device?
Answer: We are working on newer map updates with Mio More Express software for C-series devices: C220/S, C320, C520, C720t. The products are in DVD media because the big size is not practical for download. Pleasse check back with Mio support later while slight USB driver issue is under investigation.

hold "ON" button down until it shut down. Then hold on button down until it reboots

Have you checked the fuse in the charger?

I just hold the power button down until it powers all the way off ( around 5 seconds or more), then power it up again (you'll have to hold the power button for a while), then reset the clock and go on
