When you put in a toner mahe sure you have the sealing tape removed from the bottom of the toner, it can take up to 15 minutes to add the toner to the system

Check phisical toner reaching the unit -- if so ---- clean sensor and recheck -- if not --- find toner level code for the machine , and adjust the potentiometer to get level to normal ( in many models this may not be possible) --- if not ---- recheck the toner quality ---- if not ---replace sensor..---- if not throw the machine ----- buy a new one .
