Take it back to the store. If warrenty is expired then you will have to get a new TV or send it for repair . I don't know of anyone that comes to your home for TV repair. Sounds like picture tube is out of it.

For analog audio output use the L (White) and R (Red) RCA/Phono coax jacks to output to your Home Theater. Other option is to use the headphone jack wired to the home theater, however use of this will switch off any sound coming from the TV.

If the Home Theater supports digital inputs, use one of these connectors, Orange/Black RCA jacks, Toslink (Optical), HDMI. For nice pictures do a search for images in google/yahoo with the connector type.

So basically look for output connectors on the TV and match it with the same type of connector on you Home Theater input.

There is an orange button on the remote, half way down in the middle. I belive it has orange lettering and says something like "TV-?" press that, and the sound should start to come through your speaker system. You can then use the original remote that came with your TV and turn the sound off on the TV to use just the theatre system. I noticed that if you use the TV speakers in conjunction with the theatre system, that it echo's.

I am having the same problem with my RCA 32V550T. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made - it was an expensive TV at the time that I got it and it only worked for a few months. It may or may not come on. It may or may not have sound. It rarely works but If per chance it does come on it will work maybe from 15 mins to 2 hrs. depending on it's mood - yes I think it is possessed. It turns on and off at will. I keep it unplugged most of the time because I worry it may be a fire hazard. I have had it repaired but the problem persists. It's a useless but expensive heap of junk taking up space in my living room. I had a great RCA VCR that I bought many years ago but contemporary RCA products are not the quality they used to be - be smart and stay away from them.
