I'm running 8 gauge wire for battery cable and ground cable....my amp.is a momentum 600 watt...2 channel. ....my fuse is blowing every time I hook up either cable...

First of all, what size fuse? Check the amp and see what max amperage is, and insure your fuse is that size. Secondly, I suspect either a blown speaker or blown outputs. Disconnect the speakers from the amp and see if the fuse still blows. If it does, either you are hooking two wires up improperly, or your outputs are toast.

I KEEP BLOWING THE 15 AMP FUSE POWERING THE TAIL LIGHTS AND TURN SIGNALS ON MY 2004 HONDA SHADOW 600, I HAVE REMOVED THE SEAT AND TANK AND CANT FIND IT ITS VERY INTERMENT ONE TIME IT JUST POPS IN SECONDS...

I would disconnect each light, if you can get away with it, and ride around for a while...and see which one is blowing it...is there a way to use a reset-able fuse, so you want have to keep putting in new fuses...just to test it..like the ones on a house power strip, I always take them out when I find one thrown away, most are 15 amp...

Pioneer DJM 600 mixer keeps blowing ic 557 fuse on power supply board

I repair DJM 600 for many years. :) The reason for the burning of IC 557 (+8V H 600mA ) is invalid amplifier for headphones!!!
Replace IC 310 and IC 312 (in big mainboard), and replace
IC 557with original fuse 600mA
!!!!!CHECK YOUR HEADPHONES!!!!!! This is the cause burning amps.!!!!!

Keep Blowing Fuses

Sounds like the amp is shorting somehow. You are obviously shorting out somewhere between the battery and the amp. Are you sure you grounding location is a good one? is the fuse blowing only when you turn the stereo on? Something is not hooked up correctly.

If the fuse at the battery is blowing then it's a short.

If the fuse on the amp is blowing then its probably a bad amp.
