I'ts the power supply board on the mixer. According to the diagrams the fuse is rated 600mA

The board has 4 different little black fuses rated at different values. Only the 600mA fuse keeps blowing.

the fuse may be under rated, what power supply?, is it house supply or in the unit?.

@ kimbo too, if you have to ask that question then you shouldnt answer. let alone, it would be over rated not under

I repair DJM 600 for many years. :) The reason for the burning of IC 557 (+8V H 600mA ) is invalid amplifier for headphones!!!
Replace IC 310 and IC 312 (in big mainboard), and replace
IC 557with original fuse 600mA
!!!!!CHECK YOUR HEADPHONES!!!!!! This is the cause burning amps.!!!!!

Try to introduce the input one by one until you find the source of your trouble.start by disconnection of all input cables and insert it one by one and test every time-if you get blown fuse from all your input check output cables and speakers(no internal short in cables)

Hi,

If you've overload on every channel, than please check the power supply.
It could be that you're missing one (pos or neg) voltage.

How do i fix my pioneer djm 500 mixer when i changed the voltage while the power supply was in. without looking at the back of the mixer where it said "caution do not change voltage while power supply is...

Just done the same thing. Remove the screws on the top of the
case and then all knobs, faders etc. One you have exposed the
inside of the mixer you will see a fuse where the power enters the
case. Replace the fuse with a 800ma 20mm fuse and this will fix it.

Pioneer DJM-600 black Professional DJ power on but not working!! i check bouth the fuses and are working i can see that is power in te mixer but no answer with any signal of leds or music signal

So you get power to the unit, but no sound coming out? How about through the headphones, do you get sound coming out of the headphones?

Are all the volumes and gains raised up? All the eq's are up? Check the back of the mixer, there is a master gain volume - where the connections are - make sure this is up also.

If nothing, then you'll need professional help at this point.
