No light, not heating

I have had my emerson for 4 days and when I go to heat something I push the amount of time and push start the timer counts down but no heat and no light.

There is a big fuse which has possibly blown. It supplies those functions.

Don't try to fix this yourself as the internals of a microwave are dangerous, with high voltages even when unplugged.

I have the same problem....I think its the door switch because if you lift up on the door handle while you've got the timer counting down, it should start the microwave hum....
