Do NOT put your recycleables in a trash bag. Put them straight into the bin. It saves you a bag and saves someone at the recycle plant from having to remove it and throw it away.

e-mail the publication and order stop subscription
e-mail the publisher and state that you will not be paying for publications not received and throw them in the recycle bin

Recycling containers are the containers (often bins) for putting products that can be recycled rather than just thrown away. Items such as plastic, glass, aluminum cans, paper and tin can all be recycled which helps the environment. Many cities have different colored bins for different types of products. Ask your neighbor to clarify where your recycling containers are and what you can put in them.

1. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab, and then click to clear the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box.
4. Click Yes when you receive the warning message, and then click OK to close the Folder Options dialog box.
5. Click Folders on the toolbar.
   
   Note If Folders is not visible on the toolbar, point to Toolbars on the View menu, and then click Standard Buttons.
6. In the left navigation pane, under Folders, locate the Recycle Bin folder, and then drag the Recycle Bin folder to the desktop.
7. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
8. Click the View tab, and then click to select the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box. Click OK.

Try logging off or rebooting if your trash appears to have something in it. (looks like paper in the trash bin)
