When you get there, select where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the Driver Product Installation Software 2 and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.
Probably, it depends on the OS on the Presario. You can get the drivers or full software for supported OS versions from http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=3418705& . Select your OS version and click next. Then click on the link for Drivers to expand the section. HP supports Windows from XP through Windows 7. Make sure to select the 64-bit version if you have the 64-bit OS. This download will not include any third-party software that came with the original CD. Make sure that you install the HP software before you connect the data cable (USB); otherwise, you may get a generic driver that only runs the printer functions on the all-in-one.
Alternatively, you can order a replacement CD from HP.
Am not quite sure if HP Photo Smart C4480 is IP based. I've check the manual for this printer and I can't find any.
