DONT WORRY, YOU TRY EPSON LX 300 DRIVER (IT IS ALREADY AVAILABLE IN WINDOW XP'S DRIVERS DATA) YOUR WIPRO LX 540 PRINTER PERFECTLY WORK IN EPSON'S LX 300 DRIVER FILES
You can go to the Panasonic WEB support site to see if they have a Windows 7 printer driver for your model dot matrix printer. http://panasonic.net/support/ I doubt you will find a printer driver for this very old printer which was around when Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 was the current version of Windows. You may be able to get the working using a generic dot matrix/ASCII printer driver.
Many printer manufacturers are not making drivers for the older printers on Vista or 7. If you really need it you can load windows XP on VMware virtual machine and switch to XP to use your printer.
