No air coming from air diffuser assembly in fridge

See or hear if the fan inside is working. Im not conversant with your model. Some units have 2 fans , 1 in the freezer and 1 in the fridge. Some only have1 , which will be in the freezer only. If the fan fails, the fridge cannot blow cold air into the food compartment. Generally, when an evaporator fan fails, the fridge doesn't get cold and the freezer overfreezes causing an excess ice buildup in the freezer.

Unless the fan works there will not be any flow to the fridge section as the cooling comes from the freezer coils. check the fan and replace after checking the power to the fan.

Fridge gets cold air from freezer to cool it. Your freezer is fine but not enough cold air is getting into fridge compartment. U have some dampers or louvers that direct air flow to fridge and if they are not set properly cooling will not be adequate. Check those out.

Your refrigerator probably has an issue with its "damper control assembly", which regulates cold air coming from the freezer compartment. Contact an appliance service company.

need to check for ice build up in air vent. if not make sure you hear your evap fan blowing in the freezer section. this blows your cold air into the fresh food side. do you have ice build up on rear wall of freezer section?

There is a fan inside the freezer which circulates cold air through the air diffuser and then through the return duct at the bottom of the fridge. This fan may not be working. You should be able to hear it when you open the freezer door. If you cannot hear the fan going with the door open, keep the door open and press the button that switches the internal light off. The fan should run. If no fan running in freezer test for supply to fan. The fan may be faulty or the thermostat which is in line with the fan could be faulty.

3 most common things that cause this are a defrost problem (will notice frost build up on back freezer panel), bad evaporator fan motor (should hear fan running in the freezer), or bad damper (vent to the fridge section). If no frost and fan is running check for air flow out of the vent. It should be at the top of the fridge section.

See if cold air is coming out of the air diffuser top-back freezer side of fridge. A common problem is a bad air diffuser assembly. Sometimes it may freeze closed and break when it tries to cycle. The freezer usually works fine.
