The volume is not loud enough on my i-pod classic

maybe try going to settings - i pod - and make sure volume limit is off...be sure to have apple i pod headphones

Did you put your own ring tone on there? If so...it is not loud enough. I know this from previous experience. When you record one and drag into the mini sd card you have to do it very loud. You can use the recorder that comes with that phone and record one and then select it as the tone but make sure you get it close to the mike.

I have had that laptop once and had the same problem. I knew that it was the maximum volume of the speaker so I purchased external USB speakers to connect to the computer and the sound was clear and loud enough to hear anything played on the computer.

I suspect your volume limit has been set low so go to settings and then volume limit. Use the click wheel to select your maximum volume.

this should help you below. If you have set a password on the volume limit and forgot the password please let me know cause you will then have to remove the password or restore the device. yeah the volume is limited to the pod... iv also thought about that it doesnt play very loud does it... im sure the only way it would be louder is if you got an ipod home with larger speakers...

Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. The volume is at maximum. There is nothing that can be done.

put the camera into manual mode from there get into the menu options and adjust the recording volume level.

I found that the problem was also with my HD box. I was able to turn the volume up on the box.
