I purchased a new Nespresso Autmatica yesterday, it worked perfectly for the first two cups of coffee and this morning it refuses to produce any coffee. The machine turns on, goes through the usual routine of flashing lights etc then they stop as if to show it's ready. When I place a capsule in and press the cup sign nothing happens, it flashes for a few seconds and then stops. No noise nothing...... HELP?????
If you just bought it you should return it immediately and try another.

we inserted the capsule, pushed down the arm. No coffee, no buzzing sound, just a low hum. Tried to put the arm up to adjust the capsule and it is totally STUCK! Can we get into the capsule area from below if we turn it upside down? We can't really see it or feel the capsule though.
