Try to reset the unit (there's a reset button in the back)...otherwise look for Samsung service expert...I had the same problem time ago, fortunately I had on warrant period so i didn't have to pay.

I had the same problem - the hard drive had failed, which is a common fault. I bought a new one on eBay - a Toshiba MK3006GAL 30GB - which worked fine.
BUT... the drive came completely unformatted and I had to format it on a laptop first as I could not get it to format in the YH-J70. If the drive is FAT32 format, however, you should be OK to just put it in the YH-J70 and format it with Samsung Media Studio.
Yes easy fixed. Open from my computer then go into folders options and click on show hidden folders option, your system folder should show up then open that folder and youll see the vbs file. Delete it, and all is good !
