"synchronize to continue your music acount": What does this mean andy why is it on my mp3 player?

    I have the same problem, but is occuring for ebooks as well. These are books that I borrow from the library- for free with no subscription needed. Help!

    I use my sansa E250 to listen to ebooks and i keep getting a message " schronize to continue your music subscription". I have tried to do this to no available. Suggestions wanted.

It means that you need to synchronize your music instead of just highlighting it and pressing copy. It shows up when you have done that and it would play the song until you do what is above.

You need to synch them to Rhapsody or whatever music service you pulled the songs from. also, make sure your music service subscription supports transfer to portable devices instead of simple transfer to a computer.

Synchronize to continue your music subscribtion???????

You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.

go in your settings on the mp3 player and look under USB modes. change it to MSC mode and reconnect it to your PC. if this doesn't work go to Sandisk website and download the firmware updater. and retry...should clear the issue.
