i'm having the same problem right now!!
is there any way i can fix it?
i need my mp3!!!
i cant survive w/o music while going to work! LOL
I have the same. It's like the player is paused, but it will not do anything, including turn off. I suspect it's toast. Tried the power button for 30 sec... but doesn't do anything. Left batteries out for 2 weeks, and same screen comes up. :(
