We can fix this along with all over AVIC N1 N2 N3 problems. Check out

powersellers as well.
Do you have the complete N2 system. It is consist of the indash unit and the brain(hide-away unit) plus a numbers of cables(data, gps antenna and many others). If you only have the deck alone and the power harness then you only have less than half of the system. Let me know if you need the rest. Goodluck
Either your antenna is bad, or the gps box is bad. A quick troubleshooting method is to take it to a Best Buy and have them hook up a known working antenna to see if that fixes it. If it still is not working, then your gps box, small silver one, is bad. These are over a hundred bucks.
To make sure the that it has issue you must ask htem to check to see if the did indeed connect the antenna extension that goes from the factory antenna to the N2's hide-away unit. Because without that you would not be able to receive any FM signal. Let me know how it goes. Goodluck.
You will need a gps antenna, 30 pins data cable and an antenna extension to do basic installation set. For more precise set up you will also need reverse and speed signal sensor wires(pink and purple).
