Have you try a Cleaning Disk. Maybe you can use a compress air can (usually sell in pc/electronics stores) and clening up the laser lens. Check for dirty on discs, water drops or scratches. Try another CD

is it an original cd or a copy? some cd players doesn't accept rewriteables cds. or or wrong format (mp3, mp4 etc)

go to www.jensen.com and download it is free.

do a search on ebay or google for "XCH 6RF 6 disk changer power cord $". if it turns up nothing, look at the manufacturer's website.

I took off the top then took off the cover of the CDs and took out the CDs then I took out the cd holders and placed them back in and put the top back on and it works now

the solution to that one is that i hAVe one that id be willing to sale to you depending on how much youre willing to pay

It might be the lasers wattage has decreased due to the aging of components. did you use a lens cleaner? if not try that then assume that the lens power has decreased. If this is the case take the unit to a shop and have it repaired.
