Hi,
10 blinks on Panasonic TH-42PX75U is a fault either on the 5V, 3.3V, 9V, Tuner power. The suspected board that is gone to malfunction is either the P board (power supply) or the A board.
To isolate which board is faulty, you have to test the output voltage of the P board through connector P6 and P7 using the multimeter set in DC measurement.
You must get 15VDC (P6) pin 1,2,3.
You must get 15VDC (P7) pin 1,2,
You must get 5VDC (P7) pin 5
You must get 5VDC (P7) pin 10
If there's a missing voltages above, you have to replaced the P-board.
Note : you should placed the multimeter test prod to the said test point prior from powering on the unit to get an accurate reading.
If the voltages are intact, you have to replaced the A-board.

Also, please check if your unit is under warranty period, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free. Opening the rear cover will void the warranty.
