I bought a Sansa MP3 Fuze blue (4 GO) and lost the installation CD rom. Do you know if I can download the software from the internet? Thanks Sylvain (Paris, France)

Take notice of the player's connection mode, see page 15 (=13 of the manual).
Install and update Windows Media Player 11 or other supporting media software on the computer, when transferring in MTP mode.
Always go through the safely remove hardware routine (icon in the right bottom corner of the screen) before disconnecting the player in MSC mode.
Updating the Sansa Fuze's firmware, getting user manual and media
converter can be reached by going to the Sansa Firmware updater
support link, see: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/278
After downloading is finished, unplug the printer USB and run the
software that you downloaded. The software installer will tell you when
to connect USB.
You go to the sansa website (google it) and download the sansa media converter for the sansa fuze. Install it and drag your movies into it and click convert. Long movies can take an hour on an average computer (be patient) and when it is complete unplug your sansa and make sure the video works.
