I could not find an exact match for your model of phone, but try this video on YouTube. Since it shows what screens to choose for a phone in Chinese to get it back to English, it may help you solve the problem until someone with more info comes along.

Change from chinese to english
This worked on my Cenlux C10 MP3 Recorder. Make a list of every menu item by number. I went to Google Translate to find out what each command looked like in Chinese. I converted from English to Chinese simple. Look for the "English" characters in any menu.
