Try doing a hard reset and it should give you language options after that, if its not giving you language options,the rom might be chinese only,you need to flash the rom to an english version.

When the tablet boots up and first shows Chinese, you 'should' be able to select a different language. I assume the language list is in Chinese, so here are the characters that represent English:

If neither of those character pairs is on the list, or you do not have the option to change the language, please send me a picture of the screen once it has finished booting up and is waiting for input.
Should look up in setup and change language to English. Sounds rather simple, were it for those strange "chinese" characters! Some time ago a friend had just the same problem. So he went to his favorite Chinese Restaurant, called the manager and the friendly chinese manager solved the problem in seconds!. Are you sure it's Chinese and not Korean? Because there are not so many Korean reataurants around.
This worked on my Cenlux C10 MP3 Recorder. Make a list of every menu
item by number. I went to Google Translate to find out what
each command looked like in Chinese. I converted from English to Chinese
simple. Look for the "English" characters in any menu.
This forum has listed the Chinese names for the menu options you are looking for (I could not directly paste the Chinese characters here). Clicking on them should allow you to change the player's language.
1. Press the wrench (tools) button.
2. Press the Setting (gear) button (upper left).
3. Press the down arrow until once.
4. Press the 2nd row function (language).
5. Press the middle button of 3.
6. Press the up button until you see the function American English and select it.
7. Hit OK.
Take the battery out and leave it overnight. You should get a cold restart with choice of language. you will need to do a restore from backup when you sync it with your computer.
