Mp3 rocket pro i reformated my pc and i want o know how to reinstaal it i have paid for it

Call the mp3 rocket company and explain the problem.

Possibly Rocket not compatible with newest version of Java. You might have to download an older version of Java. I could check out the Rocket requirements page to see what version of Java they recommend.

Best solution update your MP3 Rocket program to a newer version. The installation for the latest version of MP3 Rocket will remove any previous versions of the program installed on your computer. You do not need to uninstall the program prior to updating.... Do not click on "Continue" on the MP3 Rocket home page if you want the free version of the software. Clicking on "Continue" brings you to a page to sign up for the Pro version, which can cost you up to $35. To get the free version, click on the word "download" at the bottom of the page.

you should be able to upgrade the win 8 to win 8.1 thru the app store

do u have a pc try reformating the mp3. in a pc u would first copie all the music to a folder(backup) then right click on the mp3 in my computer and select reformate drive and go through the prosses

jka1973 is correct. In order to download MP3 Rocket again, just go to their login page and enter your name and email address. Once logged in, go to the top left-hand corner. In tiny print it says, "Install MP3 Rocket". Click on that and then click on the large blue icon in the centre of that page that says, Install Downloading Sofware.
