I have the mp3 rocket pro music downloading program. We paid for the service fair and square last March. Everything was fine until about 2 weeks ago. The program will not open up when we want to download new music. we have tried deleting items to clear up memory and attemoting a system restore but to no avail. My husband and I are not computer savvy and have tried consulting more knowledgable acquaintences with no result. Can anyone offer any suggestion?
Jka1973 is correct. In order to download MP3 Rocket again, just go to their login page and enter your name and email address. Once logged in, go to the top left-hand corner. In tiny print it says, "Install MP3 Rocket". Click on that and then click on the large blue icon in the centre of that page that says, Install Downloading Sofware. Use Your Login at the MP# Rocket website, if you paid for the pro Version, then click download and it will be the pro version. as far as getting it to start, i am working on that myself.
I am far from being computer savy as well, but... Did you have the 4.9 version and attempt to "free download" the 5.0 upgrade? It will delete the files on your older version (4.9)and then not restart due to it's inability to find the "start" file which ends in .exe (for execute. This inable your 4.9 AND 5.0 version. I am trying to find a tech support for this as well from a computer professional/friend. If he knows I will contact you. Mark
