Hello! 102534 Gaggia model

The problem is one of the most frequent. A scale deposit have moved in the coffee solenoid valve and it blocking the internal mechanical part of the valve to seal closed. This is one of the main reasons you should perform a descale as frequent according the hardness of your water. Moreover the first solution is to perform a descaling now and you can be lucky that the valve will be clean and close seal again. You should flush most of the descale solution by pressing the coffee button so the coffee valve work more. In other case if the problem remain you can perform a second descale the next day and if again you don't have results then you will need to disassemble the machine remove the valve and clean it manually. Please not that the coffee valve can be blocked in the same way not from scale but from coffee grease from long time use and the descaling will also help to solve the problem as describe above.

It just stopped working! Of

If it is not heating then the thermostats need to be reset. If it is not brewing coffee but you can hear the pump going or you can get hot water then the shower screen needs to be cleaned or the machine needs to be descaled.

We got a gagia expresso

Your are propably need to prime the machine. This mean that air blocked in the machine and need to get out and fill all pipe system with water.
To do this you need to warm up the machine and turn the hot water knob so you will get one cup of hot water from the steam wand. After that try to get some water from the coffee head without any coffee in the filter handle. Now the machine is ready for coffee again. You will need to prime the machine very often so try to remember the procedure. This will happen again usually after you use the steam process and this normal for your machine.

Turn it off, you don't want it to run empty and it takes hardly any time to heat up.

I just received a Gaggia

Try to remove the spare parts of it and clean the blades of it. I suggest to clean all the angles of the espresso machine especially on the mixer part. Then restart the machine and check if the ground coffee will grind. Otherwise call the manufacturer and replace the blades of it...

Gaggia color leaks

Remove the filter and the 2 allen wrench screws that hold the diffuser in place, then carefully remove the spring and valve seat which is probably not in there as they should be, make sure they are seated correctly and re assembly machine. At some thine there was a massive surge of pressure and that moved the valve seat out of place.

Water continues to flow after dispensing coffee

Sounds like there was a high pressure buildup at one time that affected the spring and valve in the grouphead. Remove the shower screen and then the 2 allen wrench screws, check the spring and valve to make sure it is seated properly.
