KitchenAid refrigerator model KTRS22ELBL01 fan keeps running nonstop

A common reason a condenser fan is continually running within a refrigerator is the thermostat. ... A basic test is to set the thermostat on the warmest setting; if the cooling unit continues to run, even when it's being told to keep the fridge warmer, you have a broken thermostat. https://homeguides.sfgate.com/refrigerator-condenser-fan-always-running-37696.html

I need exact measurements on a KitchenAid superba refrigerator model no. KSCS25FKSS02

Kitchenaid has a dimensions guide for the KSC25FKSS refrigerators on their support site: https://www.kitchenaid.com/service-and-support/manuals.html . The depth depends on the handle style; these models are 35 1/2" W X 27" or 27 1/2" D X 71 7/8" H. The link to the document is https://www.kitchenaid.com/content/dam/global/documents/200312/dimension-guide-2221514-D-KA.pdf . I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

How to defrost kitchenaid refrigerator

With an ice build up this much, the auto defrost wont have any chance of working so you will have to do a manual defrost. Just turn off the power and wait a few hours for the thing to fully defrost. You can help things along by using a hair dryer, but avoid sharp objects and scrapers as you may damage something. You will have to store the things from the refrigerator in someone else's fridge or in foam boxes while you do this to avoid damage to the food. When you open the fridge door in the future to get things in or out, try to not leave it open for more than a few seconds at a time as this will help avoid it doing this again. Each time you open the door, you let moist warm air go inside and this contributes to the ice build up.

I have a Kitchenaid kssc48fts and it won’t turn on and stay running. Initially it starts and runs, both freezer and fridge both start to cool but then the “over temperature” light is on and the cooling stops.

Take the lower panel off the bottom of the refrigerator in back. Turn your refrigerator on and make sure the fan on the condenser coil is turning and check to see how dirty the coil is. If it's going out on over temp, it means you can't expel heat.

Kitchen aid refrigerator ice maker stopped working when i emptied old ice out of the bin and placed it back in the freezer

Could you have inadvertently cut the IM off? Maybe it stopped working earlier and it wasn’t noticed until all ice was emptied out. In any case some testing will have to be done to determine what is bad; the ice maker or the water valve.

Kitchenaid model KSSC42QMS01 side-by-side refrigerator icemaker dripping

Sounds like it’s overfilling. Ice maker would need replacing if that’s the case. If it’s not overfilling and it’s dripping from fill tube, replace water valve.

Kitchenaid superba side by side refrigerator - freezer is cold but refrigerator is not. (55F) at times very little air coming from freezer. What is the fix?

Can often be caused by ice blocking the cold air path air from the freezer. You may not be able to see the ice buildup but it's likely to be around the evaporator fins and could be due to a blocked ice-melt drain tube. Probably worth emptying the freezer contents into a chilly bin or well insulated box (to keep it frozen) and leaving switched off with the freezer door open for half a day to let any ice melt, then see it it has started working again. If there is lots of water in the freezer after this you might want to find the drain tube (usually comes out above the compressor motor) and clear it (plastic coated flexible spring line for hanging curtains is good for this).

Replace the ice maker door for kssp42qts00 Kitchenaid refrigerator

Try this web page link and search on your model which did come up. I went to the ice dispenser page 12 ... and it did have a door but not the same part number you listed. It was actually listed as a Whirlpool part with a different number AP6005973. Kitchenaid is owned by Whirlpool. But they did have a video on how to replace that particular door. Hopefully this is the door you need... https://www.appliancepartspros.com/

Replaced the water valve in Kitchenaid undercounter ice maker and when the water is turned on it makes a loud noise. Could it be a bad valve?

If water is flowing in, you may have a defective valve; if no water flow, that could cause a buzzing sound

Kitchenaid KSRS25QAWH01, side by side: Is there a mechanical defrost timer, and if so, where do I find it? If not, is it part of a control board? Where do I find that and how do I test it? Thanks.

4388932 is the part number for the adaptive defrost control located behind your control panel. If your defrost heater and defrost thermostat test ok then by order of deduction you need the board.

Freezer drawers will not come out of freezer in my Kitchen Aid refrigertor

Unload the drawers. Pull the drawer all the way out until it stops. Then lift the front of the freezer drawer (a couple of inches), and pull out further (4-6"). The front will then lower to the floor. Lift the back of the drawer upward and slid the entire drawer forward. You may want to protect your floor.
