facing prnter look on left side. midway of side panal theres a door. push tab on door to the rear of printer a bit and door should open. depress plastic tab on neck of toner coleection bottle and pull out full bottle. replace or empty an dreinstall and cloe door. should reset and restart to ready condition.

Try to reset the printer.
Factory reset on Kyocera FS-3800 printer:
Connect the printer via paralell and type the following in at the command prompt:
ECHO !R! FRPO INIT; EXIT;

install MK means replace the maintains kit . maintains kit is belongs to drum ,developer , drive gears ..... after 250000 print it asking to replace all the things ....... this is not harmful the printer it will work fine don't worry about the install mk....

clean all the area of the drum unit (waste toner box side ) . and check it........



if you have anothe same printer inter change the drum unit....... repalce the drum unit ......if not working change the sensor board.......

check the margin settings and outline settings because minor things worries us too much

you need to switch your print driver from pcl xl to pcl then this error should go away... when you open up printer driver properties... you get to this option by choosing the option the tab the furthest to the right... the 2000 part relates to a laser unit problem the other numbers are the print count.

You will need to have this serviced by a tech and if you are a tech you will need to order a new laser unit

Signifies comunication error between mainboard and engine.

Only hope would be check and reinstall printers firmware via flash card in side socket.

Check connections on the boards.

Replace main board.

Error is stated as for F040: the .0183044 is just page count.. no match for just 040 in service manual.
