HOW DO YOU FIX LONG HAIR TRIMMER ON BRAUN SHAVER
Hi
The trimmer is replaceable and can be purchased as an assembly. You will need a T-6 and T-8 torx drivers to take apart the head end of the shaver. Using these tools, remove the swiveling head, the hold down cover over the motor assembly, and then pop off the drive arm for the trimmer. Now the old trimmer assembly can be slid out of the end of the shaver by carefully prying between the case where the on/off button is located and the black trimmer assembly base with a small flat blade jeweler's screwdriver. The new trimmer assembly can then be slid into the case and the shaver reassembled. Just be sure the ends of the retraction spring on the new trimmer assembly are installed over the little chrome retaining lugs for them or your trimmer will not fully retract.

Sideburn trimmer does not move
Hi hobaum26,
I had the same problem! Just open the Braun trimmer, by first removing the head (as you would if it needs cleaning) then opening the cover by either removing the screws on the side, or by using a flat pointed object to lift the covers off.
Inside you will clearly see the track on which the trimmer moves up and down with. Sometimes the trimmer climbs off the track or it gets stuck with sweat or other residue. Just clean the tracks and the trimmer guide, and refit.
This should do the trick.
Kind Regards

I have 6520. when
Model 6520: If the green light no longer illuminates when you plug it in, you have waited too long to address the battery problem and the circuit board is now damaged. Replacing the batteries alone will not help as it will still not be able to recharge. To repair, you will need a new circuit board but Braun has discontinued for this model. You will be lucky to find one at this date.model 5520, 5525, 5550, 6520, 6525 and 6550 are all prone to this problem when you neglect batteries that no longer charge correctly. It is suggested that batteries be changed early on when you notice that they are a problem instead of running your shaver from the cord until it dies.
My razor works fine but
All you have to do is take the base apart. Turn it upsidedown, and there are two plastic clips on the rear portion of the base. Pressthem in with a key or screwdriver and wiggle the base a bit to remove the innerportion from the outer shell. Make sure you unplug the unit and remove thecleaning cartridge before doing this. Once it is apart, place a small wedgeunderneath the portion of the electric contact that sticks out to touch theshaver, and press the back of that portion out so that it slightly bends thecontact strip and makes it stick out a little further. Then remove the wedgeand put the base back together. It will work again, as the contacts can nowprotrude to touch the shaver and run the cleaning cycle.
Hope this will help you. Good Luck.
How to remove the white
There is a small 'C' clip that holds on the white cutter support. It is right on the top. Ues a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the C clip. Be careful not to drop it and lose it when removed.
We have model 6053 braun
I checked, and, unfortunately, they don't have instructions for your model.
Kaz has taken over Braun's BP monitor business, and one of the models' instructions says to have it seen by a servicer if it keeps displaying an error message. You can find one by calling:

Hello,
I have an old model
I have this problem too, after 9 years of reliable use. I can't find my manual either. From what I can see, the pressure release is going much faster than normal, too fast for the device to measure the BP. So i assume there is a problem with the air pressure relief valve, or there's a leak in the bladder system in the cuff. Looks like it's into the bin for my device.
The razor will not charge
The main question is always the cost of replacement to the cost of a new one. Remove the unit to get access to the battery and check the cost of new battery. If there is no other issues with your shaver then it is worth trying.... tip: some combination of rechargeable cells also can be tried which works out cheaper.
