What cause front brakes to lock or get stuck when in Forward or reverse? Tires screech and seems like brake is the problem. How do I make repairs or what could be the problem?

Defective, damaged, or contaminated brake pads or shoes on one side. Excessive wear of shoe or pad on one side. Defective drum brake or caliper, stuck piston or other damage.
handbrake jammed on somewhere ,could be front cable ,because the rear cable is pulled by the compensator so if it was the rear one then i would expect only one cable siezed and that is normally the kerbside one.
assuming you have brake lights and marker light, I would check the socket for voltage, both the contacts and probe the wire (Brown) for voltage...it could be a bad socket.... if no voltage, trace the "Bwn" wire back and keep probing til you find voltage, check the connector in the trunk on the LT/RT side also...hope this helps you...GL
your Transmission is controlled by a cable on the mustang. it could have Came off of the transmission. it just snaps on to a lever on the transmission. or the cable broke. other wise it came unhooked from your shifter.
check the parking brakes and the brake light switch on top of the brake pedal to see if it is sticking or need to be replace for the brake light staying on
