A few items you could ckeck, adjustment of the pushrod from the pedal to the master [ if it's set to long, the pistons inside the master Cyl. wouldn't retact enough to let the fluid flow back into the master Cyl, properly causing the calipers to drag. this would become worse when the fluid and master heated up.], - The proportening valve may be faulty and blocking the fluid from returning to the master from the front brakes, - If the vehicle has Anti-lock brakes it could be in that system.
