Replace the turn signal switch. All the exterior lights run the it, except the high mount brake light. Since you can get high beams to come on, the fuses are good.
Check your head light bulbs, your truck has the dual filiment headlight bulbs one per side which does both high beam and low beam, 9007 bulbs.
If the low beam filiments are burned out only the high beam will work.
Also look into finding out if the headlight switch is gone bad.
The headlight module and or drl module maybe defective.
Do the high beams work? How about he signal lights? seems to me a light relay (fuse) is gonzo. Basically, there is a light switch that is wired to a fuse/relay. From this fuse relay there is another wire that goes towards the headlights. Seeing both lights are not working chances are the fuse /relay is done for. Cheap and easy fix.
It sounds like a bad ground wire on that side. Get a test light and turn on the headlights, and high beams. test the wires to see which two are "hot" with the light. Take the one that's not hot and run a ground wire between it and the body.
Try turning on the high beams and see if there is power to the socket where the bulbs plug in. Low beams are one connector and the high should be another. Just go from socket to ground with test light or meter.
