If it has dual zone controls , it may be malfunctioning on passenger side . Switch or mode door for passenger side may be bad/broken or stuck .

Hello
Most probably short on AC gas, you need to check that first as that is what happens usually when AC gas is less than it should be,
If you find that its low on AC gas , it wood be a good idea to check for leak.

SOURCE: AC problem

is the compressor turning on? when you turn thwe a/c? on,
and also locate the low side line on engine compartment and feel if is cold, if it is, then your blend door system is not working,
the blend door does control the cold and hot air coming to engine.

My 02 Century has dual temp controls . One for driver for passenger. Make sure you don't have the dual climate enabled and just set for heat on your side and AC on the passengers

I have cold air on drivers and warm air on passanger . It blows cold air on the drivers side, and warm air on the passanger side. I have tried to change the lever up and down this did nothing. Would this...

have the refidgerant charge checked, if its low, it can cause this. There could be a blend door problem, also, but the charge needs to be verified full first.
