Usually that means you're low on refrigerant(commonly called Freon).Get someone who knows how to check pressures and do this.
It's very simple to have some added. I usually add a 2 oz. can of refrigerant oil also. Then I add the r-134 or whatever it takes. Probably needs two 12-14 oz. cans. don-ohio

Can you by pass the ac on a f 150 2001

If there is not a problem with the ac pulley bearing then to immobilise the ac compressor just disconnect the power wire to the ac clutch. The pulley then just becomes an idler pulley and the system is by passed

I need to know which is the ac compressor relay

the AC Clutch relay is in the small aux relay panel under the hood. There could be a few relays in there, depending if DRL and if the truck is a 4x4, take a look at the owners manual on page 244 & 245 to locate which one is for the AC.

Which fuse is for the a/c in the ford f150 2005

For the EMTC ( Electronic Manual Temp Control ) and EATC ( electronic Automatic Temp control ) systems the AC fuses are :
F32 feeding the coil on the AC clutch relay
F11 feeding the normally open contacts on the AC clutch relay ( which powers the AC solenoid

The blower motor ( for AC or heat ) is F116 which feeds the blower motor relay

My 2006 f150 4x4 lariat has no power to the Ac compressor or the 4x4 solenoid

Fuse 11 is the common fuse to the 4x4 system & the AC.
for the AC it operates the AC clutch solenoid
for the 4x4 it powers the IWE ( Integrated Wheel Ends ) Solenoid.

Check Fuse #11 with a meter on both pins on the back while installed ( fuse is hot at all times )

AC blowing warm on 1998 Ford F-150

The can will only connect to the low pressure side. Could be a bad drier. If the lines were unhooked for more than 30 minutes when changing the compressor, the drier is probably filled with moisture.

AC clutch engages and disengages constantly

the system is low on charge, as far as the attempt to add refrigerant u did something wrong, no sure what, the rapid cycling of the compressor is only caused by a low charge 99% of the time. Have u hooked up a set of gauges to check pressures?

92 Ford F-150 a/c clutch pulley removal

i would suggest that you replace the entire ac compressor if you have never installed a compressor clutch before.

there is a fragile ceramic seal behind the ac clutch pulley, and if you crack it you will have to replace the ac compressor anyway.
