Both of these have to do with the ABS system. U codes are lost communications codes from computers. Sometimes they are the wires. When you have different computers not communicating. Since yours are both from the ABS, I suspect the ABS module has died. Still could be the wire though (not likely). Check the wire for resistance. if good( less than 5 ohms) then the module has died. When you have ABS system malfunctions, the brakes revert back to the old system. Meaning if you hit the brakes to hard, they could lock the tires and have a skidding effect. BUT the brakes still work, they will stop the vehicle. Basically it is your call to have them fixed.

Customer Concern: Has 11 codes. U0101, U110C, U0121, P0480, U1120, U0103, U1411, U110E, P000B, U0100, U0002. At this time there is a no crank condition.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Clear the codes and see what comes back. These are all communication codes.
2. Disconnect the modules one at a time when it is acting up and see when the communication comes back.
Potential Causes: Controller Area Network (CAN) C Module

2006 Chrysler 300, obd code u1120

U1120 means the PCM doesn't receive a vehicle speed signal from the Anti-lock brake Module over the CAN C bus. This can be caused by the ABS module, PCM or something wrong with the can bus. This might be just an erroneous code and may never set again.
