Have toyota hilux surf 1996, what should the rear brake balance be, also for park brake? Would this be the reason right front & left rear holding on?

The front brakes not releasing can only be restricted rubber
brake hoses & rusted caliper pistons,as well as rust on every sliding
surface & no lube, for calipers & pads

The rear is rusted & frozen parking brake cables

I have a 1995 Toyota Hilux 4x4, 2.8 Deisel. Braking problem.. Bleeding my brakes, there is no pressure coming out of the front calipers. Bled from furthest wheel, to closest and the two front calipers...

Master cylinder could be bad there's also a possibility that the valve that allows the separate front to rear fluid pressures is not working properly disconnect the line going to the front brakes at the caliper then have someone lightly push down and see if fluid comes out that way sounds like it could be a bad Master but it's not always the problem
