Hi,your TV has a Picture MUTE feature...if TV does not have any signal from either Ariel /antenna or from Cable Box no picture will come..However since you stated you have sound ,in this cade whatever the sound source does not supply VIDEO input to your TV..Pls check all the video connections..unless your picture circuit board of TV malfunctions ( I hope not ) you must have picture..test it with a DVD player...let me know if it does not work out..

    Sorry for late reply..Well if you did not get any DVD video signal on the TV ,I am afraid your picture circuit board of TV malfunctions and Tv set might require for servicing..
