check the registration knob which you can turn by opening the front door and it is located on the right bottom. and also open the right cover to see do the paper comes out as you turn the know from the front, towards left...
no reset button>sounds like one of the feed sensors still seing the paper or possibly covered in dust and its thinks there is still paper jam. Take all the trays out look inside see if there is any paper in there. turn the copier on with no trays in the copier.Hope that helps.
