Wipe down the moisture and if there is a switch which says "saves energy" or "reduces
moisture" then turn it on. (this is a mullion heater to reduce condensation) Also check
door seal for gap (this can sometimes be adjusted by light heating with a hair dryer
or replacing the seal itself). Hope this helps.

You need to unfreeze the drain at the back bottom of the freezer section. Pull out the bottom wire rack, and you'll see a small drain hole. Use a turkey baster and put hot water down it. If you have the manual, it has instructions.

Mullion on ge monogram extremely hot and freezer is working fine and refrigerator appears to be ok. Have vacuumed the upper and lower sections and turned the energy saver switch on. Where to get manual and...

It's not abnormal for the condenser to get hot especially in the hot and humid weather we've been having. Usually atleast some of the condenser coils are welded to the inside of the sides of refrigerators and freezers. Depending on how hard the unit has to work to keep it's inside cold the outside gets hotter.
I hope this helps.

Refrigerator cools poorly but freezer is OK, what's the solution?

There are various reasons which can cause this. They are

  1. Interior sweating.
  2. Bad door seals.
  3. Excessive door openings during hot humid weather.
  4. Storage of excessive uncovered liquids especially if they are inserted into refrigerator while warm.
  5. Void in insulation.
  6. Overcharged.
  7. Bad door seals.
  8. Condenser fan not running.

Frozen foods collecting ice crystals in my freezer

Your freezer is getting too warm during the defrost cycle, causing condensation in your veggies and eventually freezer burn. Likely your door seals are leaking as well after 17 years which introduces even more humidity into your freezer, but I'm assuming your talking about sealed bags of veggies? You need to decrease the temp in your freezer. Get a thermometer and make sure you average around zero degrees. The cause? When is the last time you cleaned the coils at the back of the fridge. Or if they are sealed, perhaps you need to have it serviced. You can try moving your freezer setting to a colder setting it may take care of the problem.

Freezer in nice and cold but refridgerator is not

due to lots of moisture in the air or high humidity it creates extra frost in the freezing unit this creates blockage in the air flow once the ice crystals build up. the freezer is what keeps the fridge at the normal temperature if the air flow between the two are blocked in the ducting then the fridge temperature will rise the best way to solve this is to open the freezer take out the 4 screws in the back panel tilt the panel forward and blow it with a blow dryer till the ice chunk has melted its a good idea to use a towel and on the top self of the fridge to obsorb excess water this can be kinda messy. or you can unplug your fridge for about 6 or so hours. good luck hope i helped. :)
