Hi,

As the weather is getting warmer for many people their freezerfreezer no working - 2_bing.gif and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...

Check out this tip that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Top freezer is getting cooled but bottom freezer is not getting chilled
Check freezer fan behind freezer is working. Check ice formation not abstracting the fan by working. This is the common problem- defrost failure. Check thermostat,timer and freezer heater are working.
Simple way of solution. Unplug fridge for some times and after defrost completely, restart the unit.Keep freezer temp @5 degree.

Try to plug somthing that you know it works ,in that outlet ,and if it doesn't work or goes on and off , the problem is in the outlet, but if works without trouble ,the problem could be in the freezer plug , the cord or the cord conections to the freezer.

Remove the back panel from the freezer to verify no ice behind the freezer panel. Look inside the air vent on the freezer panel for ice buildup. Make sure the freezer control is set to minimum not coldest freezer.. Make sure the freezer fan motor is working.
