this is atomatically set by your windows program,you can only change this 3-5 times, from control panel, check computer defaults,remove power for dvd and shut off computer, then connect dvd, power up and check again what region your using,when you in the region area clik ondvd and see if it will allow you to change if not then you can;t change it..
If the DVD player is capable of playing other regions, you should be able to change the region setting through the menu section. If there isn't an option to change the region settings in the menu, then your DVD player is not able to play other DVDs from other regions.
After searching public and private databases, I have not been able to find any region hacks for your make and model of dvd player. I am sorry for the unfortunate news.
