Runs non stop - Sub-Zero Refrigerators

Without seeing it i will hazard a guess and say there is a rub through somewhere in the engine control harness, i say this going on your info that the cooling fan runs non stop (indicating that the ecu thinks the engine is hot and will not allow the engine to fire up until it cools down. Start by disconnecting the temp senders to make sure they are not faulty and then carefully check the electrical harnesses for any rubthroughs on sharp edges.

Freon maybe low.

Sounds like a bad or stuck sensor, acting as if it is always seeing a peice of paper in it. Check if you can find it and maybe it is just stuck to the on position..

No sir it should not! Your problem is more than likely your fan switch which can be found for purchase all over the web. Purchase a black back universal fan switch from somewhere and change the switch.
refer to this websites blog post on changing a light switch, onlu difference is you change the switch located right next to it. Switch replacement for sub zero.

Most computers can run non-stop unless it runs into a problem and it depends upon what processors it is running.

Have you sat and watched it constantly? Or just notice it running every time you take notice? I ask because a lot of people say it runs all the time when it doesn't really. Is it staying cold? or getting too cold? Or is the temp normal?

no, dose it get cold and stay cold but should not run non stop

Yes. on Maytag usually runs fro left rear of tub to the control panel. You will have to pop the lid up to get to it. It may have pulled off the lower nipple or rubbed a hole in it somewhere.
