if toilet is running non-stop, check flap in tank. possible handle not returning completely holding flapper fron seating tightly. if toilet runs, then shuts off for awhile then runs again, flapper needs replaced.
You don't say how old the truck is - or how old the pump is - most likely it is the pump 'dying' as you try it -
I would look near the tank and find the ground wire -[ it may be on top of the tank] - the most common fix is the fuel pump and sadly it sounds like this is it --
Also - Take down the Vin # and call the local dealer - - ask about recalls and Service bulletins.
on the one that is working are you using the usb extender? sometimes it starts to work if you dont use it, and just plug it directly into the usb port. i think xp has problems recognizing the extended thing. (srry i really dont know what to call that thing lol)
If the compressor is running non-stop then the temp. control is not telling it that it's "cold enough". If the compressor isn't running non-stop then you should look at the air damper (little window) that lets the freezer air into the refer compartment... if it's stuck open then you will always get cold air pushed into the fridge eventually becoming a freezer in itself.
