I could not find an mp145 printer on the canon site. The nearest model number I found was an mp140. The 145 may be a version of the mp140.

So here is the link to downloads and drivers. Check your model against this information, it may provide what you need.

Canon's US support website does not seem to be listing them ... fortunately, I was able to find a link on the Asia site.
