disconnect printer from computer -- prepare two cables and drivers -
(USB cable and power cord, along with CD software drivers )

install s/w (software) by inserting CD in drive bay -- allow for auto run to occur
install drivers , follow instructions.
when prompted connect power cord to printer and to Ac wall outlet, then connect USB cable to computer
continue following onscreen instructions. printer will be installed automatically and will be recognized by computer

download and install pc studio . the drivers will be automatically installed .

You can download the Canon printer drivers from their support WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model printer to download :-

Then double click on this file to install the printer driver onto your computer.

go to your device manager and update your video driver.

You need to reinstall the drivers for the wireless card. If you give me the exact make and model of the computer I can send you the link where you can download the driver for free. If you need expert help doing this send me an email with your number and I will call you and walk you through the procedure. Make sure you send me the exact make and model of the computer and ant service tag number or serial numbers to ensure I direct you to the proper driver. It's pretty straight forward. I'll send you the link and you just download the drivers on another computer, place the install file on a thumb drive or cd and run it on the computer in question.
