When I sign in playstation network it give an error code 8071036.
And give me a message said "your playstation is not connect to media server" what I can do?

The reason your browser will still work is because it doesn't require the playstation network to run, it only requires your internet connection to be working. The signing in requires a connection between your connection and sony's servers.
Don't worry Adam, It's simply our friends at Sony carrying out maintenance. We'll all be back online soon, It is a pain though that all we get is an error code rather than a simple message from Sony sayung that the psn is down for maintenance. I wanna get back on MW2!!!

PSN are carrying out maintenance until around 9pm tonight. So until then we all have to wait. Nothing to worry about though. Nothing wrong with your PS3. Hope this helps.
This is the error message you get when you do not have a very active connection. It can also occur when you are trying to sign into the playstation network and it is taking a longer time than the stipulated amount of time. The best advice i can give to you is to tell you this. 1. Make sure your internet connection is functioning properly and is running at a considerable speed. 2. If the above is carried out successfully, you can proceed on to delete your former connection and re-scan or save the access point afresh and give it time to test after the major set-up has been done. 3. After the testing, a screen would come up that says a lot of information about the access point you just saved, there is a line that reads "PLAYSTATION NETWORK READY" ensure that this line is active and if it does the same thing, you have to wait for some time as Sony could be updating the playstation network. This happens when the PS3 Network is under going maintence, it happens atleast once a month. Its not your PS3, just give it sometime and should come back up on its own. Possibly after a update as well.
The error message reads, You have been signed out of the playstation network (8001050F).. So when I go back to sign in it won't let play online and I have lost all of my saved data.. What do I do??
