If it is not yet empty try to remove and reconnect the cartridge, if same error, try printing without the tricolor cartridge. if that works, you need a new tricolor

Cannot make the printer work after I changed the ink cartridges?


You can validate the HP60 ink cartridge's electrical health by running the 'Tap 41' diagnostics test (this procedure is specific to the F2480 model). Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TAP 41 video procedure at the following link on how to activate and read the service test: http://inkjet411.com/?page_id=440

1. While holding the Power button, press Cancel (X) button 4 times, then press the Color Copy button once.
2. Release the Power button.
3. The 'Tap 41' diagnostic test print should print.

--- Providing the color cartridge is partially functioning the Tap 41 diagnostic test print will be printed (this is a forced service print test which is mainly used for the evaluation of ink cartridge electrical health). A good HP 60/60XL color cartridge should display 1248 good nozzles, while a good HP 60/60XL black ink cartridge should show 336 good nozzles. ---- If the printer attempts to print the diagnostic test pattern (1 page) then the printer is generally considered operational and functional, if nothing is printed, but the printer attempts to print the pattern, then the tri-color ink cartridge is either empty, clogged or severely electrically damaged (black ink cartridge is not used). Kodak esp 5210 wont print black


I figured it out. If you are low on (25%) on either colors or black, then it won't print. Even if you load a new black cartridge and it reads as 100% black, it won't print because it will only print when BOTH cartridges have been replaced and reads 100%.
Same thing happens reversed with color being replaced.
So basically, ALL printers short you 25% ink and FORCE you to buy their ink more often. Kodak is no exception.
I have 100% black and 25% color and a BW only needed text paper won't print. I been through this before. *facepalm*

This means the the printer cannot determine which cartridge is causing the error. Make sure that you are using original HP cartridges.

Please see troubleshooting procedure below:
  1. Remove the color cartridge from the left stall (which has a blue latch) and refasten the latch. Leave the other cartridge in place.
  2. Close the printer, wait 10 to 15 seconds, then look at the LCD display.
    • If the LCD display reads Insert Color Cartridge in Left Stall , the color cartridge may be causing the problem. Follow the steps below:
      1. Clean the color cartridge contacts. Click here to see how.
      2. Reinsert the color cartridge into the carriage and close the blue latch.
      3. Close the printer and wait 10 to 15 seconds.
      4. If the LCD display reads Remove and Check Print Cartridges , replace the color cartridge.
    • If the LCD display reads Remove and Check Print Cartridges , follow the steps below:
      1. Reinsert the color cartridge.
      2. Remove the black or photo cartridge, depending on which one is installed in the right stall. The right stall has the gray latch. Be sure to refasten the latch on the empty stall.
      3. Clean the black or photo cartridge contacts.
      4. Reinsert the black or photo cartridge.
      5. Close the printer and wait 10 to 15 seconds.
      6. If the LCD display reads Remove and Check Print Cartridges , replace the black or photo cartridge.

Our HP Color LaserJet printer has a 10.10000 error


10.000x Supply error E-label cannot be read or print cartridge is
not properly installed.

10.0001 = Cyan print cartridge

try this:
1 Reinstall print cartridge.
2 Turn on the printer.
3 If the problem is not solved, replace the cartridge.

Bland and color cartridges have been refilled but


Ink level counter (program) didn't read actually ink at ink tank. Brand new cartridge ink level counter 100% (full), and ink 100% (about 10 ml). After may printing, ink will dry out, and ink level counter reach zero (ink out). Printer will not allow print anymore, even have refilled, because ink level read "ink out". For canon type, you just to release ink level counter, and counter just stop, but printer will allow to print. Press stop/reset button for about 30 second.

The following error message appears on the color graphics display after you insert a cartridge: Remove and Check Print Cartridges . The printer will not print.     1. Remove both cartridges, lower the latches, and close the printer access door.
    2. Turn off the unit by pressing the On button on the front panel. Wait for the printer to completely shut down.
    3. Turn the printer back on by pressing the On button.
    4. When the message display reads Insert Print Cartridges , open the access door and replace the cartridges.
    1. If neither of the steps above fixed the problem, either the cartridge or the printer is faulty

    Hi,

    Just to confirm pls:
    1. the new print cartridges are original HP inks;
    2. you have remove the bright pink tape from the ink cartridges;
    3. the black is on the right side and the color is on the left side.

    You can try removing both cartridges and clean the gold colored contacts where the pink tape was. Pls do the same to the mate pins in the cartridge holder in the printer.

    Try again. If this does not be corrective, you may need to change inks again.

    Print cartridge error


    try to take out the ink cartridge and check if there are any leaks inside. check also if there is still ink left in the cartridge. have the ink cartridge replace and the printer cleaned.

    Color Cartridge Failure


    You know, I'm not going to read the other solution. I know 100% FOR SURE, when a cartridge fails, it is dead and there is nothing you can do about it, but there is a good side. HP ink cartridges have a year warranty. Call them and tell them it failed, they'll send you a new one!
