Buy the license first.

Download Key Update Tool, a utility provided by Microsoft to change the key of the Windows version installed.

The download address is http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=50346&clcid=0x409

Windows 7 Build 7600 by default will not allow you to do an upgrade install.
This how to will describe the process needed to upgrade from Windows 7 Build 7100 to Windows 7 Build 7600 with out doing a clean install.
Download the ISO as you did previously and burn the ISO to a DVD.
Copy the whole image to a storage location you wish to run the upgrade from (a bootable flash drive or a directory on any partition on the machine running the pre-release build).

Open the file cversion.ini in a text editor like Notepad
Modify the MinClient build number to a value of 7100.0
Save the file in place with the same name
Run setup like you would normally from this modified copy of the image and the version check will be bypassed.
bootable USB guide, here we assume that you are using either Vista or Windows 7 to create a bootable USB.
1. Insert your USB (4GB+ preferable) stick to the system and backup all the data from the USB as we are going to format the USB to make it as bootable.
2. Open elevated Command Prompt. To do this, type in CMD in Start menu search field and hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Alternatively, navigate to Start > All programs >Accessories > right click on Command Prompt and select run as administrator.
3. When the Command Prompt opens, enter the following command:
DISKPART and hit enter.
LIST DISK and hit enter.

Once you enter the LIST DISK command, it will show the disk number of your USB drive. In the below image my USB drive disk no is Disk 1.
4. In this step you need to enter all the below commands one by one and hit enter. As these commands are self explanatory, you can easily guess what these commands do.
SELECT DISK 1 (Replace DISK 1 with your disk number)
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT FS=NTFS
(Format process may take few seconds)
ASSIGN
EXIT

Don't close the command prompt as we need to execute one more command at the next step. Just minimize it.
5. Insert your Windows DVD in the optical drive and note down the drive letter of the optical drive and USB media. Here I use "D" as my optical (DVD) drive letter and "H" as my USB drive letter.
6. Go back to command prompt and execute the following commands:
D:CD BOOT and hit enter. Where "D" is your DVD drive letter.
CD BOOT and hit enter to see the below message.
BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 H:
(Where "H" is your USB drive letter)

7. Copy Windows DVD contents to USB.
You are done with your bootable USB.

You can now use this bootable USB as bootable DVD on any computer that comes with USB boot feature (most of the current motherboards support this feature).
Note that this bootable USB guide will not work if you are trying to make a bootable USB on XP computer.

I have ibm Thinkpad R52 notebook computer, when i instealed window 7 after that sound device is not working.

Go to this page:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-58931.html
When it loads up click on where it says audio near the top of the page and it will bring you down to the audio driver section.
In that section it shows you that anything more then windows XP and you need to run windows update to get that sound driver installed. Vista drivers will run on Windows 7. Windows 7 was made from the Windows vista source code which is why the drivers will work.
Click on Start and then All Programs, you'll see where it says windows update. Go ahead and click on it and then click on check for updates. It may ask you to enable updates. If it does then click on the button that says Turn on Automatic Updates. Windows will find the driver and it will install it for you.

I installed windows 7 ultimate build 7600 and it download a generic video driver but the resolution is not the same it doesn't look very well

Easiest thing to try first is a Windows Update, check the optional downloads section to see if Windows was able to find an updated driver.

Let me know if that works.

It is a DRIVER issue. You DO NOT have the right driver for your webcam and Win7. Try the XP Drivers. Here is how to Install them so they work. Download your XP driver you wish to install. If it's in a zip/rar file then extract it to your desktop. You should have a simple .exe file sitting on your desktop to install the drivers, as normal for XP. Right click the .exe file and select "Properties". Then select the tab called "Compatibility" Now check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Make sure "Windows XP Service Pack 2" is highlighted. Now apply the settings and run the installer. This should work for most drivers, but not all
