Hi Regie,
You have to unload the disc in the player and then insert the player to the usb jack. Make sure that the format you downloaded to your player supported by the DVD. Also ensure that the USB cable is good.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player. Good Luck, I hope this helps Please do not forget to rate me, Thank You

First, make sure you have run the installation CD for the device. Second, make sure the photos are in the JPG format that the spec sheet suggests. Third, run the Update function in the Philips Device Manager (Warning: running the Update will delete all songs, photos from the player, so you will have to reload them, but it will work better afterwards).
SORRY BUDDY U GOT THIS FROM CHINA AND THESE ITEMS ARE REALLY CHEAP AND TOUGH TO REPAIR BUT U CAN DOWNLOAD SONGS FROM NET IN MP3 FORMAT AND THEN TRY TO PLAY
the easiest way to load and unload songs off of it is to go to my computer and look for it in the drives. It should have it own drive letter. When you open it you will see one folder on the drive. Open the folder and there is your music. Now just cut out what you dont want. Or if you want to add other ones just drag and drop them in there.
This sounds like it may be realted to the "Time Scaling" feature, which is part of the "EAX" settings. Disable EAX and/or the Time Scaling feature and see if this helps.
